Introducing Jessica, Our New Managing Director
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jessica as our new Managing Director at Little Nipperz. With over 20 years of experience in the early years sector, including a distinguished career as an Ofsted inspector, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.
Jessica’s passion for early childhood education is evident in her dedication to providing exceptional care and learning experiences for children. Prior to joining us, she successfully runs her own preschool & day care in Goldhanger and has a proven track record of building strong relationships with families and communities.
As Managing Director, Jessica will be instrumental in guiding our preschool towards continued growth and success. She will be working closely with our founder, Kelly Kaylene, to expand our operations in Essex and explore opportunities for acquisitions. With her vision and leadership, we are confident that Little Nipperz will become a leading provider of early years education in the region.
